mission Statement
It is the mission of E2M, a community conscious economic model, to enable local communities to create the wealth they need to solve their socioeconomic and environmental problems by providing capital based solutions to the serious problems caused by excessive inequities in the distribution of wealth and opportunities as we enter this new age of technology, information, and spirit.
E2M defines a quantifiable business standard of social responsibility, calls for the creation of unique for-profit business entities which include the employees and community as stakeholders, and promotes the formation of public/private sector collaborations within the self-sustaining E2M network.
In acting locally, E2M.org is creating the infrastructure of the first regional E2M economic model while producing the materials necessary for others to do so in regions throughout the nation. In thinking globally, it is our hope that E2M becomes a model acceptable to emerging capitalism-friendly societies.
